The multigen approach keeps families at the center and focuses on the things they need to thrive. The Oregon approach relies on learning from the people closest to the issue. This is key to coming up with solutions that work.
This guide’s purpose is to help Oregon communities and districts use multigenerational strategies and approaches with community members to reduce poverty and equitably improve person, family and household outcomes.
